PRODUCTION METHOD

Harvest: Second week of September. Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara grapes are carefully selected by hand.
Lower yields and respect for the natural grape quality are integral to the success of this wine.
The rocky and calcareous soil enhances its structure and the degree of acidity.
