Flowery, dry, with hint sof almonds.
It is ideal to be combined with apetizer, lake and sea fish dishes.
Harvest: by hand. It takes place in different times according to the varieties of grapes that compose the Jairo Bianco blend. Grapes are harvested in early September.
Vinification: grapes are vinified in white with fermentation at low and controlled temperature. The wine is left on the selected lees for a period ranging from 3 to 6 months.
